Vancouver, another Canadian city no longer allows customers light in restaurant dining areas outdoors.

In Andorra, a small neighboring country of France known for its skiing holiday, still allowed smoking in bars and restaurants. Andorra is a tax haven cigarettes are cheaper than elsewhere in Europe. While it appears that French smokers are a bit annoyed by the smoking ban, most have reluctantly accepted as reality.
