In USA today is it legal for a company to have all employees one race?
more and more I see businesses where the all or great majority of companies are hispanic in the USA.
It seems that 30 years ago, that company would have been in big trouble….but today it seems like a McDonalds restaurant can have 12 employees behind the counter all hispanic in a neighborhood that is 60% white, 30% black and 10% other, and its no problem at all.
is this yet another evidence of the moral decline of the USA where money and profits matter more than ethics and principles??
Well as a former business owner myself I think this is a crazy question, what are the owners supposed to turn down someone that is willing to work and do the job you have to fill b/c there was no little white girl or black girl to apply. Imagine having to hire someone simply to fill a race quota and the employee actually knowing it do you really think they will do their job well or at all b/c if you had to hire them well it is certainly plausible that you couldn’t fire them. This is absurd.
