Oil companies will lose profits through reductions in CO2 emissions?
First, I'm not sure if companies coal-fired electricity or coal plants are connected to the oil companies. I also think there are no policies regarding with vehicle emissions or heating your home (although I have read about the implementation of CO2 reduction systems like exhaust converters catalytic) .. However, if demand for oil and gas drops, will the oil companies were affected by this or simply raise the price of a barrel oil to compensate?
Several of the major oil suppliers are predicting that earnings will at least triple in the next 10 years due to increasing demand without further drilling or processing facilities. The demand for scarce goods always increases the prices, this is what the energy giants holding democratic parties want and what are they going to get. Remember that they have been funding the wicked green that cut the construction and operation of a p power generation, ant that is not coal, oil or gas powered as well as their masters want.
