Ebay / Paypal claims .. procedure?
Does anyone believe the Ebay / Paypal complaint procedure is a waste of time? My reason for asking Fifth is that in December 2007 I bought a pair of sneakers, I'm still waiting for them to come .. (Perhaps have escaped) .. I have been in contact with seller several times and only once a standard form email in return .. So finally the question informed Ebay Paypal happened to me say I have to wait until February 8th to see if the items up .. I think Ebay is letting people down with his indifferent attitude .. Since it was announced this week that the benefit of the last quarter was $ 530,900,000 dollars that could not be just a little more useful.?? I have followed all the instructions and information was requested about vendors and the telephone number given is no prefix American … Am I alone in thinking this is not good enough?? Ebay I'm not hitting in general, as I bought some great bargains from the site … Thanks guys and girls ..
I have to be honest, I bought an item, despite not having that seller was giving repeated assurances. I complained to Ebay, put in the complaint. They said give it two weeks. When there was no response from the seller, gave me my money back line full distance ..
