Looking for really good business start-up ideas?
I have some ideas of my own, as well as friends & colleagues inputs, but now I am looking elsewhere for fresh new ideas.
Here is some info that might be helpful: total start-up costs…trying to stay well under $8,000.00, would like to start right away, will be located in western washington state, would like to start seeing profits immediately.

For the price of a panel van, ladder, rope, gloves, trash bags you can own a gutter cleaning service. Knock on 30 doors a day, 6 will say yes. Charge $50 each. After expenses, taxes, etc at 6 per day you take home $1000 a wk.
For $5k I can show you and send you the kit on how to restore headlights for used car dealers and others. This is a process I have created after 10 yrs of being a high line automotive cosmetics person. www.renewedsight.com. I charge $75 a pair, cost is $5 per pair and takes no more than 15 mins per job.
You could hire a few girls and start a old folks home delivery service. People in there need basics from the stores weekly but often don’t get out via bus or others. Med’s are taken care of by the home. This would be socks, TV guide, candy, bathroom items, etc.
Go door to door and take orders, hit the stores, return and deliver with a bill of 10% for service charge. Avg order of $20 yields $2 for a fee. Figure 30 rooms would take 1 hour to get orders, 1 hour to shop, 1 hour to deliver, or about $20 per hour. Since employee’s, pay them $8 per hour. After taxes and all you the owner would collect at least $8 per hour per girl working.
There is money all around out there, just a matter of seeing it.
